1. About Us
STech Services & Engineering is an independent appliance service provider operating in Coimbatore.

2. Service Scope
We provide inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair support for household appliances, including washing machines and refrigerators, subject to technician availability and service area coverage.
3. Independent Service Disclaimer
We are not an authorized service center for any brand unless explicitly stated in writing. Brand names and trademarks are used only for identification of compatible services.
4. Visit, Diagnosis, and Estimate
A diagnostic visit may be required before final repair quote. The customer receives an estimate and scope explanation before paid repair work starts.
5. Pricing and Payment
Charges depend on appliance model, fault type, labor complexity, and spare parts. Payment terms are communicated during service confirmation or completion.
6. Spare Parts and Warranty
Where replacement parts are needed, part options and costs are shared for approval. Service warranty, if any, is limited to terms written on invoice/job card and does not cover misuse, unrelated future faults, power issues, or accidental damage.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to appliance location, accurate issue details, and permission to test the appliance before and after service.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled by contacting us before technician dispatch. Repeated no-show or last-minute cancellations may attract additional visit charges.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of services billed by us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
